Not to start or stop suddenly, otherwise the tremendous impact would damage the compressor. 3, Not to stop the compressor before the pressure decreased, otherwise, the powder material might be turned back to the compressor and damage it. 4, Prohibit to run the compressor overspeed or overpressure. 5, The paper air filter need to be cleaned every month. The cleaning method is using pressured air (pressure less than 0.6MPa) to blow the air filter from inside to outside. If the compressor was used in the very dusty environment, the cleaning period need to be shortened. After the filter was cleaned 5 times or very dirty, then it need to be replaced a new one. 6, The engine oil need to be changed regularly, normally every six months. 7, The Check valve and Safety valve of bulk tanker would be often checked, in case the valve was not workable, it must be repaired or replaced in time.

In case, the compressor needs repair, then 1, The compressor and the bulk tanker have to stop working. It will bring a time expense of interruption of running. 2, If it needs to be dismantled and repaired, then it needs the professional worker to do it. It will bring the labor costs. 3, If it needs to replace some parts, then it will generate the costs of parts. Thus, do you want to extend the repair circle of the compressor?
